Out of my free will , I create a current of water, falling into a bucket supported by a string.
So the mass inside the bucket increases. So the string underneith it, will be pressed.
I can differentiated equation 6 by time.
So there will be a differentiate force dF/dt instead of a force F descibing this problem.
If we are allowed to descibe the world using dF/dt, that is third order, then we could describe rotating graviataional ellipses.
Action of third order is minus reaction of third order.
